Ladies and gentlemen, can we get a little silence, please? A Quiet Place video game is supposedly on the way. I’m sure you’ve heard of the movie which came from the incredible mind of John Krasinski’s mind in 2018 and the more recent sequel which launched this year. Now it could be expanding into the video gaming world…

The above tweet from @AQuitePlaceGame Twitter account confirms a game is on its way! After watching the first two films we know a spin-off is landing in 2023. Lead actor Emily Blunt has also discussed a full-blown third movie and now iLLOGIKA has set their sights on an official A Quiet Place game.

A press release says the game will tell an original story and Hervé Sliwa, creative director at iLLOGIKA said: “The A Quiet Place video game will let fans experience the tension of the films with a level of immersion they’ve never felt before. We’re excited to work with EP1T0ME and to team up with Saber Interactive to share this unique vision of hope and horror with players everywhere in the future.”

We can imagine the gameplay will be extremely stealthy while evading the Death Angels from the movies.

Others working on the A Quiet Place video game

A Quiet Place video game development will be developed by a multitude of developers, and it’s looking like Saber Interactive will be publishing. For those who don’t know Saber was involved with the Nintendo Switch port for, Halo: The Master Chief Collection, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and also released World War Z back in 2019.

Head of publishing at Saber Interactive, Todd Hollenshead said: “The amazing success of the A Quiet Place movies makes it clear audiences are hungry for more adventures in this universe, and iLLOGIKA is creating their own truly engaging experience that lives up to the name of this beloved property. We are proud to say that A Quiet Place is the first game we will be releasing by an external studio from the growing Saber publishing label.”

You can expect an announcement for the A Quiet Place video game later this year.
