Minecraft fans in the UK are in for a real treat! A brand-new immersive Minecraft experience is set to open on 4th April 2025 at Canada Water, London. Titled ‘Minecraft Experience: Villager Rescue’, this interactive attraction offers players the chance to step into the world of Minecraft like never before.
Spanning seven themed rooms, each representing a different Minecraft biome, visitors will take on a 45-minute adventure. The goal? Save a village from a zombie invasion! Guided by characters Tobin and Dayo, players will use the Orb of Interaction, a handheld glowing device that enables them to break blocks, gather resources, and interact with the environment—just like in the game.
Expect encounters with classic Minecraft creatures such as:
- Creepers
- Skeletons
- Pandas and dolphins
- And, of course, zombies!
Tickets are available for presale from 12th February, with general sales opening on 14th February. Prices start at £20 for children and £24 for adults.
This exciting attraction is the result of a collaboration between Experience MOD, Mojang Studios, and Microsoft. Kayleen Walters, Head of Franchise Development at Mojang Studios, expressed her enthusiasm about bringing this experience to London following its successful debut in Dallas, Texas.
