Epic Games are notorious for crossovers from a range of popular collaborations with the likes of John Wick and more recently Tron. As of now how many total crossovers has Epic blessed us with?… Over 40! And we can’t help but commend them for their efforts to keep the characters fresh.
A fun game we like to play and if you don’t already, give it a try “What will be the next big crossover to land in the store?”.
Fortnite and Street Fighter Crossover
Street Fight characters chosen are based on Ryu and Chun-Li who both make an appearance on the cover of Street Fighter V, their latest instalment. There are two variants: traditional and “Battle” which means shirtless.
It was only a matter of time before Street Fighter had a crossover, the legendary game first released in 1987 and is still going strong, it’s also had a film made out of it!
Tron is one of the most recent Fortnite crossovers and in our opinion is top 5, there’s something about black and neon colours that just looks, cool!
Fortnite is an amazing marketing tool for big businesses to reach a huge portion of an extremely specific audience. As of last year, Fortnite totalled around 350million players globally! Making it one of the most popular games to date despite its relative infancy, we think it’s truly a one of a kind game which is why it’s become so popular.
