The Xbox Series X/S FPS Boost is even able to give older games the potential to run at increased frame rates, which allows for much smoother and improved visuals. Unfortunately, the number of games that can utilise this feature is limited but we expect the list to grow as time goes on.
Since yesterday evening, 13 EA games all of which are available to play via the Xbox Game Pass can use this FPS boosting feature allowing them to run up to 120 frames per second. This brings the total amount of games able to use the FPS Boost up to 23 with 5 of them being from Bethesda’s library.
The EA games which are now included are:
- Battlefield 1
- Battlefield 4
- Battlefield 5
- Mirror’s Edge Catalyst
- Plants Vs. Zombies Garden Warfare
- Plants Vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2 Plants Vs. Zombies: Battle For Neighborville
- Sea Of Solitude
- Star Wars Battlefront
- Star Wars Battlefront 2
- Titanfall
- Titanfall 2
- Unravel Two
Please note that some of the game’s resolution has been decreased to allow for the FPS boost to run smoothly. In these cases, the FPS Boost feature must be turned on manually.
Do you prefer normal resolution over lower with increased FPS?
